Yoga Off the Mat
Yoga is more than movement—it's a way of living.
Rooted in 200 hours of yoga teacher training, Sapna's workshops and creative experiences weave the wisdom of yoga beyond the mat. Drawing inspiration from the 8 Limbs of Yoga, her offerings thoughtfully integrate practices that cultivate self-awareness, connection, creativity, and meaningful reflection.
At the heart of every experience is a mission: to help people feel safe, confident, and empowered in connecting with themselves so they can show up authentically in their lives, relationships, and work.
Known for her calm and grounding presence, Sapna creates permission-based spaces that invite curiosity, self-trust, and personal exploration. Whether through art, storytelling, mindfulness, or community connection, each workshop is designed to nurture both collective care and individual well-being—leaving participants feeling inspired, connected, and more deeply aligned with themselves.
Inside the Experience
A guided breathing practice that helps participants arrive in the present moment. Through mindful awareness of the body, breath, and thoughts, participants are invited to settle in, ground themselves, and connect with where they are—exactly as they are.
Breathwork
Guided Visualization
Once a sense of presence and ease is established, participants are led through a visualization designed to cultivate self-awareness, curiosity, and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom.
Creative Expression
Participants bring their reflections to life through a thoughtfully designed creative activity. Using a variety of artistic mediums, this process encourages authentic expression, exploration, and personal insight.
Philosophy Behind the Practice
“Make art, not war.”
Crafting offers a nonviolent outlet for processing emotions, navigating challenges, and responding to life with greater compassion—for ourselves and others.
Self-Study
An invitation to turn inward with curiosity. Through reflection and creative exploration, participants are encouraged to notice patterns, uncover new perspectives, and bear witness to the layers of themselves that emerge.
Surrender
A practice of letting go of the need to control the outcome. Participants are invited to trust the process, embrace uncertainty, and create from a place of openness rather than perfection.
